item had defects. hindi swak ang description nila sa product since may isyu nga. kahit alam nilang may defect ang phone, di nila sasabihin sa buyer. once nabili na, at sinabi mong may isyu, todo tanggi sila at di aamin kesyo chincheck daw nila lahat ng unit kahit halata un defect sa phone + sila pa ang inis. di na kumibo after ko mangulit sa refund, pero pag bibili super responsive. never again.
