I had a difficult time dealing with this seller. When communicating here on Carousell, it is the Chat team in charge but after you buy, it it the pullout team that packs and prepares the items. When the chat team said the items were ready for pick up, it took so long for the rider to pick up the items because the pullout team said there was nothing with my name that was for pick up. Hassle.
