Made an offer March 22, 2023, told me that she’s gonna pay the nexr day.. after that buyer said there’s problem with GCash, and then the next day asked me not to reserve the item for her anymore.. so what does it mean? 😂 I would suggest my dear that next time if you’re not ready to pay yet, please don’t make an offer, coz an offer once accepted, payment should be next.. don’t let the seller wait
