Worst seller I've encountered in Carousell. Very dishonest and doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions. Seller blatantly lied about the item's actual condition listing it as "LIKE NEW" when it's clearly overly used and in poor state. Very disgusting and awful behavior. Even refuses to pay for return shipping despite her lies. Good luck to anyone else who attempts to buy here.

Fiber ang ginawan mo ng issue sa chat(nonsense). Sa mall kayo bumili if gusto nyo ng 16" na jellycat let's see if san aabot ang 250 nyo😊. Wag po kayo sa Preloved bumili if very high ang standard nyo. I already offered refund for the item only. I think it's fair na sayo ang sf ng return. Anyways thank you. Hopefully makakabili ka ng bnew na 250.. gud luck po😊
