I bought 2 bags. kate spade & Tory burch. Thet qouted me an sf for KS of 190.00php, including the tory, it became 300.00 php. The tory has this signs of used that I was not informed about so I returned it. They refunded me at first the cost of the item only, but not the return shipping fee. They had all the reasons and what not but for me that’s not fair. in the end they refunded me the return sf.

You paid 200, but the sf including the box is 345.The 190 quoted was an estimate if the bag will be shipped using pouch only, but we put the bags in a bigger box since the handle of the KS cant be bent. We explain on why we cant refund you of the return sf, but you told us so many things including “cheating”. Despite, we refunded you the return sf.Calling us cheaters for 170 is a bit too much
