Purchased a dress from the seller. Allegedly, the dress had been damaged during laundry so she elected to do a diy repair (dress had buttons and is now mismatched). However, none of this was communicated to me beforehand and seller had opted to notify me of the issue when the item had already been shipped/delivered. No resolutions were offered and seller had stopped responding to me.
