This is an original ASUS optional motherboard centrifugal blower/turbine cooling fan (commonly used on enthusiast-grade legacy motherboards like the ASUS X48 and X58 series, such as the P6X58D Premium or Maximus/Formula boards). It features a clear/transparent plastic housing with the ASUS logo, a 3-pin connector with a tachometer wire, and typically operates at 12V DC. It is designed to mount onto the motherboard's VRM or northbridge heatsink as an optional active cooler, especially when using water cooling or heavy overclocking. Specifications Type: Cooling fan.
