Paid Fri, Sept 11, for an event the next saturday. Seller said delivery takes 3–5 days. Item was “supposedly picked up” Sun but was only shipped Wed. I’ve used J&T many times and never experienced this. It arrived too late, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement on extremely short notice, which was very difficult. I understand courier delays happen, but better communication would’ve helped.
