Chef Eric Adjepong designed this Dutch oven for all-purpose cooking—”Bake bread! Make stew! Anything that requires time, this pot is the tool.” The cast iron heats evenly, while the spiked lid creates a rainforest effect that returns juices back on the food, providing continuous, natural basting and moist and flavorful results. Enameled in a deep burnt orange hue inspired by the rich colors of West Africa, Chef Eric’s favorite pot can be used to make Ghanaian dishes such as jollof rice and groundnut soup or any favorite stews and roasts. The Dutch oven goes effortlessly from stove to oven to table, where it harmonizes beautifully with the other pieces in his Crate & Barrel collection.
