POOR SERVICE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I paid for the item on Nov 18 & SF on Nov 19, but 17 days later, its still not shipped. If i hadnt ask for a refund, its clear she wouldnt have rushed to ship it. I often had to initiate communication to ask for the status. Now, Ive been asking for a refund but seller remains adamant. I understand you declined other offers, but you failed to deliver the item.
