Transaction went smoothly at first, but after receiving the item, the buyer asked for a return/refund despite photos and details being provided beforehand. She seemed to expect a brand new item at a preloved price. It would have been better if she purchased a new one instead of causing inconvenience to sellers. Please be careful when dealing with this buyer.
