[FOR RENT] Strapless Brown Silk Dress

READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE RENTING: 1. Rental period The rental period is for 3 days, which covers the agreed pickup or delivery date through the return date. Please return the dress on time. Extensions require prior approval and may incur additional charges. 2. Refundable security deposit A security deposit of ₱500.00 is required separately from the rental fee. It will be refunded within a day after the dress is returned and inspected, subject to any documented charges for damage, missing items, or late return. Any deductions will be explained to the renter. 3. Laundry and cleaning All laundry and cleaning will be handled exclusively by the dress owner. Please return the dress unwashed. Do not wash, dry-clean, bleach, iron, steam, or attempt to remove stains yourself. Standard cleaning is included in the rental fee; any necessary specialist treatment for unusual stains will be assessed separately. 4. Care of the dress Please handle the dress with care and avoid contact with substances or surfaces that may cause permanent stains, burns, tears, or snags. Do not alter, cut, sew, hem, or apply adhesive to the dress without the owner’s prior approval. 5. Condition and fit The dress’s condition will be documented before release. Report any existing issue upon receipt and before wearing it. 6. Damage, loss, and missing items The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, loss, and missing accessories or packaging supplied with the dress. Charges will reflect reasonable repair or replacement costs. For loss or irreparable damage, the replacement value disclosed before booking will apply. Any security deposit retained will be credited toward these charges. 7. Late returns A late fee of ₱200 per day applies after the agreed return deadline. Please notify us immediately if a delay occurs. For courier returns, the booking confirmation will specify whether the deadline refers to courier handover or receipt by the owner. 8. Pickup, delivery, and return Pickup arrangements and courier fees will be confirmed before booking. Delivery and return shipping fees are shouldered by the renter unless otherwise agreed. Please use secure packaging and retain proof of courier handover.
