Description: Complete home gym setup featuring a full power cage with integrated high-lat pulldown and low-row cable pulley attachments, multi-grip pull-up bar, adjustable J-hooks, safety spotter arms, dip handles, and plate storage pegs. Includes an adjustable incline/flat/decline workout bench for a versatile full-body strength training experience. Also includes a separate adjustable weight bench with a leg developer attachment for leg extensions and prone leg curls, complete with high-density foam roller pads, a weight post, and a sturdy steel frame. Features: Full 4-post steel power cage High-lat pulldown and low-row cable pulley system Multi-grip overhead pull-up/chin-up bar Adjustable J-hooks and safety spotter arms Dip bar handles and weight plate storage pegs Adjustable incline/flat/decline workout bench Additional adjustable bench with leg extension and leg curl attachment Suitable for squats, bench presses, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, cable rows, dumbbell exercises, and leg workouts Condition: Pre-owned and in good, functional condition. Both benches and the power cage remain sturdy and usable. The top silver section of one bench's backrest upholstery has slight cosmetic wear, with light surface scuffs from normal barbell and weight plate use.
