This is a commemorative stamp sheet for the Japanese pop band THE CHECKERS. What you have in the photo: • THE CHECKERS FINAL - in the top right stamp • 92 + 日本郵便 (Japan Post) + 19921228 printed on the sheet • PRINTED IN JAPAN at the top • 3x3 sheet = 8 stamps with live concert photos + 1 logo stamp Context: THE CHECKERS (ザ・チェッカーズ) was one of Japan's biggest idol bands in the 80s, led by singer Fujii Fumiya. They disbanded at the end of 1992. Their very last tour was the 1992 FINAL TOUR, and the final show was December 28, 1992 at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. That date is what you see at the bottom of your sheet: 19921228. The band even released a live album called THE CHECKERS FINAL Last Budokan Live 1992.12.28. Strictly speaking, this is not an official postage stamp issued by Japan Post for mail. It's a fan-club / memorabilia stamp sheet made as merchandise for the final tour - kind of like collectible stickers made to look like 92-yen stamps, sold in a CD-sized case. The color bars on the right side and the stars on the left are just printer's color check marks.
