However, we strongly encourage keeping your little one rear-facing as long as possible by maxing out the recommended rear-facing usage of the car seat. RFS: Bought a new one that’s more age appropriate for my kid. FLAWS: -Flaws are in the photos. All are superficial. The car seat works well. -The hole seen in the picture is underneath the newborn padding attachment, in a very discreet area and can be easily stitched up. -The head padding for the newborn attachment has slight discoloration as seen in the photo, but barely noticeable. Otherwise, the car seat works wonderful.
