Worst experience in Carousell. Item from listing- be sure to know self authentication because not. Offered another item not from listing, but sent wrong item. When I asked for refund, not replying until I reported to Carousell. We agreed item I originally wanted to be sent to me, which looks blue based on pics sent, DID NOT SAY EVEN ONCE THAT BAG IS VIOLET, just to make a sale. Buy at own risk.
