I am extremely disappointed with this seller's rude, impolite, and unprofessional behavior. From the very beginning, they treated me with total disrespect, using a harsh and dismissive tone when I asked basic questions about my order. It is unacceptable to treat buyers this way. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this terrible shop. They do not know how to run a business properly.
