Another BOGUS Buyer, Only this one is also a seller & SHOULD Know Better. Made offer, I accepted & Never heard from again, even after i asked if they still wanted to buy, & has been online Many times. At least have the sense to just say sorry, I changed my mind, then no problem. But guess you prefer to get a negative review.
