Porter Tanker Backpack is the absolute signature heritage line from the historic Japanese luggage brand Porter-Yoshida & Co.. First introduced in 1983, the design is heavily inspired by the classic U.S. Air Force MA-1 flight jacket. It features a distinct three-layer bonded fabric: a soft, water-repellent nylon twill exterior, a polyester-cotton middle cushioning layer, and a vibrant "Rescue Orange" interior lining. Still in good shape Normal sign of usage (normal patina across the bag) - rubbing on the orange lining *check last picture Porter intentionally designed the classic Tanker series to develop a unique patina over time, allowing the fabric to discolor gracefully and build a vintage character through natural wear.
