Psycho Cybernetics

"Is this available?" Yes, it is available. Please inform me if you like to buy the book because I cannot accommodate everyone sending messages. I will only respond to sure buyer. To anyone wondering if this book is authentic or not, please read this before you send message. "Authentic po ba ito?" Yes. This is authentic mass market paperback edition printed by the publisher but on a cheaper cost. "Is this Original copy?" This is mass market paperback edition printed by the publisher (budget edition for wider distribution). Book. Psycho-Cybernetics teaches that your self-image shapes your behavior, success, and happiness. Maltz explains that the mind works like a goal-seeking system, guiding actions based on how you see yourself. By changing negative self-beliefs and using visualization, you can reprogram your subconscious for better results. The book emphasizes relaxation, positive thinking, and mental rehearsal to build confidence and achieve goals. Ultimately, it shows that lasting change starts within—when you improve your self-image, your actions and outcomes naturally follow.
