The jacket was advertised as “10/10 Bnew condition,” but the item received had visible fading on the sleeve that was not disclosed. Seller did not respond to my initial messages for over 24 hours & only responded after GCash placed the funds on hold during its investigation. The lack of timing communication and accountability in addressing the discrepancy was disappointing. Issue remains unsolved.
