Delivery done earlier than expected. They went the extra effort to assemble the item (treadmill) on site. Point of improvement: their frontliners (chat operators) need to be more aligned with the owner re: customer management. Some issues needed to be repeated/escalated with owner, shows need for better training (owner's intentions are not well-executed). Despite that, I give them a perfect score!
