Very disappointing and irresponsible handling of a sale. I paid ₱3,000 for a bag that arrived damaged. I reached out several times and even offered to return the bag for a refund atleast 50%, but the seller stopped responding once I raised the issue. Sadly, I’m left with a bag I cannot use. A responsible transaction shouldn’t end once payment is received. 🥹
