Very popular style before sa mga ukay and department stores Brand I can't see a clear brand name from the plaque. The logo looks like "BS" or "BBS" style pero hindi siya famous designer brand like Gucci, Tory Burch, etc. Most likely this is a local brand or generic brand na mabibili sa department stores or ukay.
