Once your order is handed over to the courier, it is already beyond my control. Rest assured that I carefully inspect, pack, and document every order before shipment to ensure that the correct item is sent. To protect both you as the buyer and me as the seller, please follow these guidelines: • Before opening your parcel, please record a continuous and unedited unboxing video. Start with the parcel still sealed, clearly show the waybill and all sides of the package, and continue recording until the parcel is fully opened and the item is shown. • No complete unboxing video = No claim. Edited, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted as evidence. • If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or a parcel that appears to have been tampered with, please contact me immediately and send the complete unboxing video. I will gladly assist you in filing a report with the courier. Please understand that many reported cases of parcel tampering are unfortunately not resolved or compensated by the courier. Because of this, I have created this agreement in advance so that both of us clearly understand how such situations will be handled if they occur. If the parcel cannot be recovered and the courier does not provide any compensation despite a valid claim and complete evidence, 50% of the item's purchase price will be refunded. The refund is limited to 50% because the loss affects both of us. As the seller, I also lose the item that I prepared and shipped, along with the costs of sourcing, packaging, and processing your order. Since the incident happened after the parcel was already in the courier's custody, neither of us is at fault. Refunding 50% is a way of sharing the loss fairly instead of placing the entire burden on either the buyer or the seller. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
