No sale is worth the disrespect. Sharing my experience with this user to help fellow sellers make informed decisions. • I offered a reasonable discount and communicated my availability beforehand. • After she shared that she had previously been scammed, I accommodated her request to arrange pickup before shipping, despite my reservations. • I initially agreed to collection today, but due to delayed replies, I maintained my next available schedule and provided the necessary details. I was then accused of changing schedules and disrespecting the buyer’s time. • She asked to move our conversation outside Carousell, which I declined for security and privacy reasons. • When I respectfully explained why I would no longer proceed with the transaction, she responded rudely and unreasonably. Check screenshots for proof. Having been on Carousell for years, I know that not every transaction goes perfectly. However, clear communication and basic courtesy should always be expected. A little patience and flexibility will go a long way for all. No sale is worth compromising our boundaries.
