Buyer bought the item knowing before hand that it have expired. Yet she expect the item to perform like new.  The item was sold to her at a discount. it was new and unused.  She received and used the item, then claimed it is damaged. She call me a scammer because I rejected her demand of full refund. This is not her first unfair behaviour (refer to her other reviews). Deal with caution!!

Kept asking for MORE discounts before & during meetup despite having agreed on reduced price. Complaining there’s a weird dot in the palettes to try lowering the price, despite me telling her it’s new & unused. Kept gaslighting that I’m selling at a high price. A bit grumbly and rude and left with a black face, but at least made the payment quick. Not keen to deal again. I think she’s a reseller.
