Offered me less than was asked, I accepted anyway, then when it came to discussing collecting the item she wanted to wait to the following week. I said ok. The next week I had to chase her for days, until she said oh no, she will pass since she doesn't have transport. She cost me other full price sales since she'd put in a formal offer, I respected her enough to stick to our deal. She doesn't give the same respect. Don't deal with her.
