I bought a laptop from this seller expecting a functioning device. Instead, I received a machine that randomly black-screens with no warning, making it completely unusable for work or anything productive. I reached out for support, but the seller either ignored me or gave vague, unhelpful responses. No replacement, no refund, no solution — just radio silence.
